What data is processed

This website has no forms and uses no cookies or analytics.

If you write by email, your email address and whatever you include in the message are processed.

When you visit the website, the server logs technical connection data, such as the IP address, for a limited time and only to keep the site secure.

Why and on what basis

Messages are used to answer you and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. The basis is your request and, where applicable, the contract.

Technical logs are used for the security of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest.

How long

Messages are kept while the conversation or the professional relationship lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Who else sees it

Data is not shared with third parties. The email and hosting providers process it on the owner's behalf, with GDPR safeguards.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to eduardo@edeprado.com. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Third-party content

The YouTube video on the About page loads nothing until you play it; from then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
